http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en) report for the MKV file(s) that don't play? I too have some MKV files that don't play and I am trying to find out what the files have in common. Most of the files that don't play for me contain 6-channel AAC audio, which doesn't seem to be supported.
On a related note, after 4.1.2663 firemware was released I asked Shawn why the MKV changes weren't mentioned in the official change log. According to the reply, it's still being worked on.
