Vimeo HLS video plays everywhere except in my Roku channel

I am using the Roku "Direct Publisher" JSON feed for the first channel that I have ever built for Roku.  To start, I just want to test a video that resides on Vimeo, served up via HLS (as an m3u8 file) -- here is the URL of that video:

The above URL plays everywhere that I have tried, such as on:
Roku Stream Tester
iPhone/Safari
FireTV app

However, when I try to play the video directly on my Roku channel, the screen flashes black and the video is not played at all.

In case it matters, here is some information on my Roku device:
Model: 3920X - Roku Premiere
Software version: 9.4.0 - build 4200-91

I notice if I use cURL on that URL it redirects, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it not working within Direct Publisher.  If I plug the URL into a very old HLS channel of mine it plays, but that channel uses the old deprecated video player, so that's probably not very helpful.

I installed your Pickleball TV channel and was able to successfully play the Championship Point video.

Update:  I completely restarted/rebooted the Roku device and now I can play all of the videos to completion.
