Yes. If a VAST response contains more than one <ad>, the latest version of the lib will find and parse them all.
That said, the lib just parses VAST, what gets done with the ads it builds is left to the developer. Implementing playback of multiple pre-rolls may not be as simple copy/pasting from the sample channel.
