Now with the new firmware, when we perform this update, the private channels fail to appear under "My Channels" of the customer(s) Roku device.
We have many customers calling us after purchasing the Roku device from the store. They are contacting us to to add these private channels and we are not able to add them successfully for the customers. Many of them are going to return their Roku devices.
On a side note, when customers are attempting to login and it fails. We get a notification that says "The words you typed do not match the image". There are no CAPTCHA image, please see screenshot for clarification.
