did you uh, update the channel meta-info to specifically enable distribution to the new regions and contact the Co. to push the change to production?

My channels were set to allow new regions when they appeared, I was told that's all I needed to do.

I'm going to be nine too happy to find out I've been lied to and list months of sales.
