Speaking of payments... did they ever fix the currency rates and calculating VAT wrongly for EU? Anybody got refund/explanation/apology?

BTW, my love of statistics being well known - how would you say your sales break down between countries? Looking at another source, i see something like US 93%, with Canada, Mexico and UK about equal, adding another 5%.
The Activity Report is completely broken for me, showing weird prices and negative numbers, and even the historical reports are messed up
