Request for Removal from Blacklist or Refund
Dear Roku Support Team,
My name is Giobanny, and I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding my Roku device being placed on a blacklist. I am from Colombia and have been a loyal customer, appreciating the quality and service provided by Roku.
Recently, I was testing some applications on my Roku device and, unbeknownst to me, one of the apps I installed appears to have violated the terms and conditions of use. I sincerely apologize for this oversight and assure you that it was not my intention to contravene any rules. I have since uninstalled the questionable application and will ensure not to repeat this mistake.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request that my Roku device be removed from the blacklist. Additionally, if this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I respectfully demand a refund for the device and the additional voice command remote control that I purchased.
I appreciate your understanding and look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.
