Reboot device when try to play video

Hi all, I've created an app and given to client for testing(.zip file). There is two type category (1) Video (2) Audio. Audio working fine and when client try to play video, his Roku device(Roku 3) restarted automatically. I've 3 Roku devices Roku 2, Roku 2 XS, Roku 3, In these 3 devices app is working fine. Please suggest me what should I do because I've only one day to fix this issue to submit this app for publish.

thanks

Re: Reboot device when try to play video

I'm using hls format(.m3u8) and there are 5 bit rates for video and highest bit rate url is not working due to not trans-coded properly by ffmpeg. Error is throw by ffmpeg is "AVC error". But I'm unable to understand why devices restarted rather than video doesn't play.
