You can now set your Favorite DLNA server to automatically start you up in the root of that DLNA server. Press * while the DLNA server is highlighted to control that setting.
.thm files can be used as thumbnails, like jpgs, but .thm files are also hidden from All and Photo view.

A folder that only contains folders will obey the row-size setting. Before this it always displayed 50 items per row.
Some DLNA servers support a Search capability. We've added a user interface so you can search your dlna server by artist, genre, song, album name.
Press * while navigating the DLNA server. If there is a Search selection, your DLNA server supports search.
There is a new Help screen that gives a brief description of search.
If you are using a USB drive for your media, and your audio media contains tags for metadata like genre, artist, etc. you can now search as well as navigate using that information.
In order for RMP to do a search it must extract the metadata from the files on your USB drive.
You can force a full scan which can take several minutes depending on the number of files, speed of the drive, and speed of the Roku. You can let RMP gradually build a database as you navigate around in your USB drive.
The full scan is available by highlighting the USB drive icon and pressing *.
Currently RMP only remembers results from a single USB drive. The results are stored in RAM where they usually are still available even after restarting RMP. If you Roku has a micro-SD card slot though, the results will be stored there. There is much more space on the micro SD card as well as it will survive a reboot.
If RMP has saved some results and you change your mediatype to Audio, you will have access to new virtual folders in the top level of the USB root view. You can explore by genre, artist, and album name.
