Problems with OS 9 - New Paid Subscriptions Abruptly Stop

Since January 17, 2019, Roku users cannot purchase a new subscription for our private channel nor remove the app when the subscription does not process.  Tech support gives no help because they say they don't support anything related to non-certified channels.   Anyone else have this issue?   Is this a bug in OS 9?

Do you see any errors about "regions" when trying to add the channel with a code onto a new account?  If so, make sure you have a language set up for all the countries your channel is available in.
