Have a user that has a Roku LT and is complaining of videos (MP4) that worked but are now failing. His device is running update version 4.6, build 240 from May 4th.
Is there anyway to stop updates to the box or revert to a prior ?
I just heard from someone with a Roku 2 that when they play MP4s now, it is looping on the last few seconds of the video instead of stopping. Is this related?
