Roku Developer Program

I understand the new roku boxes have a new remote with additional buttons. What are the codes for those new buttons?

I have:
2 = Up
3 = Down
4 = Left
5 = Right
6 = Select
8 = Rewind
9 = Fast Forward
13 = Play

I don't plan on buying a new box soon, but I would like to support those that do. 🙂

Note that all the boxes, old and new, support the new remote. The remotes are available separately to upgrade.
