I assume that the Accounts Installed is equal to the number of people that have added the channel to their account but does it take into account those people who have removed the channel and therefore reduce that installed number for each removal ?
How long does it take to reflect removal from an account? Because it appears to have a delay on updating the installed number. I removed the channel from all roku boxes connected to my account - and the number of installed accounts didn't decrease yet.
I know this is probably a NO answer but would there by chance be an API available that would retrieve the Installed number pro grammatically so that I could create a report to management?
