Try partners@ and marketing@ - these are close enough to point you in the right direction. Mention that partnermarketing@ is dead (did you try partnersmarketing, for kicks?)
They may not have anyone answering the partners@roku.com emails. I see they've been posting job ads over the past few days and weeks for partner managers. Just keep trying every few days until it gets someone's attention.
