IP Address don't get access

Hi!, i can't access to my roku ip address, i usually see iptvsmarters pro a 3rd party app, yesterday in the morning i saw TV and them, at the night i don't see the app on my Roku, i need to reinstall the channel, i did a factory reset, enable the developers setup, i installed the channel whit install channel whit a code, everything ok at this point, but when i try to access the ip address to upload the .zip the ip doesn't works.

Attach two images, my ip address from roku and a failed ip test.

i'm From Costa Rica! if you can help me, i really appreciate it.

Trying to sideload most if not all IPTV channels/apps will get developer mode permanently disabled on your Roku.  Most IPTV providers are nothing more than pirates.
