The Roku box does not support PAL.

Is this still the case? Or have there been any updates to RAF to support PAL in recent years?

RAF has nothing to do with PAL support. RAF "Roku ad framework" PAL "Phase Alternating Line"  a broadcasting standard. Some older Roku devices support on NTSC in the US all newer devices are HDMI

To clarify my question. 

We have a customer who wants to use Google PAL (programmatic ads) on Roku. https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/pal/roku/pal_apis

Is there support for this in RAF out of the box or do we need to integrate the Google SDK?

I assume you saw the sample code at https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/pal/roku   My problem is I want to use it in a non-SG app.  Still trying to figure that one out.
