@terrylsanders, I fail to see any reason why anyone other than a developer needs to enable developer mode. Can you explain why you see the need to side-load an app to 10,000 devices? If your channel/app is legal then just create a private channel and install it properly.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the issue. Are you saying your device gets locked when you're trying to develop your legal channel/app? If so, take it up with http://partnersuccess.roku.com

Ok first of all I paid money for my tv from you guys it’s mine I should be able to put whatever I want on it ?! Who are you to tell me what I can and can’t do with the tv I bought ?! Secondly I put nothing bad on my tv all I wanted was twitch and side loaded it and you guys blocked me for that you’ve gotta be kidding me I just don’t get how it’s your decision what I do with the product I own??
