It appears that as of March 12, 2021, numerous categories in the channel store were deleted (e.g. "Reality & Pop-Culture, How To, etc.). As part of the deletions, the channels that were in the deleted categories were strewn into the remaining categories even if they are not conforming to the topic of the remaining category. This happened a few years ago when they deleted categories like "special interest."
Does anyone know if this is a temporary measure to reorganize or is there a new platform philosophy favoring fewer categories? Thank you very much. Steven
