Can you point your browser to http://YOUR_ROKU_IP:8060/ ? You should see an xml document with details (serial #, etc.) about your Roku near the top. If you can't reach that, then you most likely have a network issue existing somewhere between the pc and the Roku. If you can reach that, then the problem *may* be with the Roku. That page should be available regardless of development mode being on or off.

If I try http://192.168.1.126:8060/ I get an instant failure. I am on 192.168.1.148 and the device is 192.168.1.126, the router is 192.168.1.1. Nothing else has changed on the network and if I check DHCP leases, it sees the device just fine.
I have the same issue, but i am able to see the device's info when going to the 8060 ip address. Tried rebooting the router and nothing. Any advice?
