We have a video that plays below text and buttons on our Sign In/Sign Up screen that shows up upon first launch. This video plays perfectly on all the Roku devices we have to test on (Roku 3 (4200X), Roku Express HD (3930R), and Roku Ultra (4800R)), but on the Roku Express (3700X), the first play through the looped video is video noise, and the second and subsequent plays the video constantly flashes during playback. Again, this only happens on this one device. Has anyone experienced anything like this or have a solution to get the video to play back correctly? Thanks for any help!
