There is no sure-fire way to do that currently.
You can try reporting by email (and likely not hear back) - or i recommend you open a thread on the issue in this forum. One of us "externals" may give you advice on workaround or point something you are missing - in addition there are couple of senior RokuCo engineers that read the forum and rather quietly triage the reports. By "quietly" i mean you are much more likely to see the bug fixed than info to track progress or admission it even exists
