Please post whether you've received your latest payout or not.  The July revenue should be due in late August, or at least it has been for years under the policy of "no more than 30 days past the end of the month that the payments were received through Roku Pay".  We received our PayPal payout on the 25th but another account of ours that uses a checking account and receives payments roundabout the same date as the other account is now past due if the 30-day policy will applies.  So, do you use a checking account and have you gotten paid yet as of August 31st (today)?  Also, have you written to Partner Success, and how many days did it take for them to answer, and what was their summary response?

Partner success usually responds right away with followup questions even if they have all the info they need, but it's usually pretty quick.

We've been with Roku for years and the most typical response time is 24-48 hours.  The last message I got yesterday said they were backlogged with heavy volume and to not expect an immediate reply.  We also received a payment close to midnight last night pushing it to be the latest ever, but I was reminded that payments are really on a NET60 policy, not 30.  I guess we're lucky to still be treated as NET30.

I have an agreement from 2015 that shows 30 days, but one from May of 2022 shows 60 days.

Wow, I had no idea it had changed to 60 days, that’s a pretty big change with no real visible announcement.

yes, I was paid later than usual this month, 5th September.

I truly get the feeling I’m just not wanted here anymore.

They still have been sticking to a NET30 attempt.  Perhaps they were having major tech issues for this cycle.
