I know its an old thread but I have tried to use the pause/resume hack for a live mp3 stream with no help
did not see any documentation about controlling size of buffer etc.
after a lot of experimentation I found that just setting the
playstart to
-1on the content prior to calling
SetContentList did the trick for me
Hope that helps someone else as I blew so much time on this
