They either stuck to their recent e-mail about going to NET60, or they're late.

Either way, don't lose track of what month is due.  As of 7/10/2024 the revenues earned during MAY are still due.

It goes without saying that you should be keeping books.

It's exactly been 60 days. They have not released yet. It's getting hard to work on Roku. Is there any way we can encourage Roku to release by net15 or by net30

@ben9000, not a chance.  This is Roku we're talking about.  It used to be Net30 and even after they made it Net60 payments generally went out within 30 days.  I received my May payment via Paypal a few days ago.  I'm convinced Roku doesn't care at all about anything except their own ad revenue and they probably think the little guys (like me) are more trouble than they're worth.

My Payouts came by wire transfer and I think wire transfers came late from PayPal's.

Anyone that gets via wire have got their May 2024?

Very strange and unethical behaviour, partner success is not responding too.
If they can't manage this Roku pay properly, why don't they allow us to implement third party software for payouts.

Funny how they get their money from the customers credit card instantly but they hold onto it for 2 months.

Yes exactly. They should make a automated payment system just like google and apple have made. Their payouts came by net15.

We pay our employees monthly, pay our servers cost etc monthly and Roku pays us after 60 days.

Also, if they did not pay by today 31st July, our agreement will be breached.
