What is the easiest ad network to integrate into a channel for the prerolls? Can someone make suggestions and provide some insight on this topic? I am looking for an ad network for prerolls and would appreciate input, suggestions etc.

Level of effort should be the same for any provider that can deliver ads as VAST. My experience is that almost all providers can do this.

Is there normally coding that the ad network provides that gets added to my package, or is there alot more that I would need to do on the coding side to prepare to run ads from an ad network?

Lead me in the right direction of where I can read more about it, if you can.
