Thank you for following up. If your channel does not direct users off the device to a website URL, we will be able to approve your channel.
When reviewing your current channel submission, there is still a website link directing the user off the device. I also wanted to let you know that I wasn't able to access the website which is also a certification blocker.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any exemptions for Roku Billing since it is a hard requirement for our platform. Please let us know if we can help answer any additional questions, or if a new channel update has been submitted.

For now we have a website url for register the roku box with random code given in roku app
