we are having issues with our currently published channel where the entire channel crashes when the stream is requested. The channel works for devices running OS 7.0, but not for devices running OS 7.1. After retrieving one of the individual feeds and requesting a stream the channel crashes with a 401 unauthorized error - we captured this while in debug mode. Our OVP is Ooyala who is claiming this is a Roku issue.
