Is their or can someone make a 120sports.com app. Thanks!

It would be better to approach Sports Illustrated, who owns 120 Sports, about that. https://secure.120sports.com/about/feedback

120 Sports has apps for other platforms. Any Roku developer would need to secure rights to the content from Sports Illustrated, or get contracted by Sports Illustrated, to build a legal Roku channel.
