That sounds like options for closed captioning.  “On Replay” is handy for those “what did he mumble?” moments.  By the way, what app is this in?

Direct TV Stream app.  Your answer makes perfect sense, I will check it out.  Do you have any Idea why, when watching direct tv stream program from your library that you are watching displays " this is taking longer than expected, thanks for your patience" quite often the program will restart from the begining?
