My Voice Remote Pro 2nd gen's voice functions died. Read other threads, reset, re-paired, removed and re-added, even paired to other Roku products. It detects no voice, hands free or with the mic button pressed.
I reached out to support chat and was told the remote was not compatible with my Hisense tv, call them, despite it not working paired to a streaming stick 4k or an older Ultra.
The webpage for warranty returns directs me back to chat.
Is there a secret option I'm missing somewhere to get a person that knows what's going on?
You gave them an "out" by mentioning the Highsense TV, as some incompatibilities with some Highsense models have recently come to light, although not necessarily involving remotes.
Try getting help again, this time only mentioning problems with your Streaming Stick and Ultra, both of which all Voice Remotes are supposed to be compatible.

"Private message" refers to non-public messages accessed via the envelope icon at the top of the page.
