Mine also failed. It can't pair with a remote. We have 2 others that recently started doing this but haven't had a chance to swap cables to confirm its the long range receiver.

Kariza, can you please help me connect with the appropriate support person? I have the exact same issue in that my device shows "not connected" when it is powered on and I can't re-pair the remote. I have two Roku Streaming Stick Plus devices and have successfully used the 2nd cable to so it appears my streaming stick device is fine and its just the USB Power Cable with Long-range wireless receiver cable that is defective.

Mine also stopped working. I found another cable but this time the remote does not pair with my roku stick.
