Two month old remote control losing button image

In less than 2 months my remote is already losing the okay image on the enter button

My Voice Remote Pro came with a Streaming Stick 4K+ 3821.  It's had lots of heavy use for about a year and a half and I notice the same thing - the OK in the center of the remote's purple directional paddle is wearing off.  The TCL-supplied remote for my TCL Roku TV is doing the same thing.   These are the two newest Roku remotes in the house.

The Remote that came with my Streaming Stick 3600 is a few years older than either of these and for its first several years got very heavy use. None of its markings are wearing off.

The Voice Remote (not Pro) that came with my Streaming Stick+ 3810 received a couple of years of heavy use but now is a second remote in a location where its use is limited.  The markings are all intact.

I also have a Voice Remote (not Pro) that was purchased separately.  It receives the lightest use of all in a little used guest room.  Its markings are also intact.

Where the OK markings have worn off, there is just smooth purple plastic, so I don't see any evidence of the markings having been molded in, as I suspect they may have been on the older remotes.
