Thanks for the help. My Roku Premier+ started acting up out of the blue this past week. Eventually, cleared up with exception of the Roku Channel and was driving me crazy since I couldn't navigate properly and it had a mind of its own. Doing the system reset seemed to have solved the issue - thank goodness!
The directions you gave to fix my sliding remote worked perfectly! My remote is working well again! Thank you so much!!!

Thanks for the post and for letting us know about this. Have you tried using the Roku mobile app as a remote and then trying again to see if that results in the same behavior?
