The remote has been sliding all over the place the last few days

...and here it is, two months later, and the same problem but munch worse. Following the steps again but the programming needs to be fixed. This shouldn't be a bi/monthly event and process. 😔

Thanks for the post.

We appreciate your providing an update regarding the remote that is sliding across selections. In addition to that, we will need some additional information from your end. Kindly provide us with the following:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID).

This information you provide us will be updated to the appropriate Roku team is working on the issue with a fix.
