Same problem, Clearly a hardware problem - so I bought a replacement remote, and then it did same thing within month?! I contacted roku support and after an hour of back and forth they finally agreed to replace it.. but then closed the ticket without sending !!@# Thankfully the store let me return it even though it was outside their normal return window. I've given up and ordered a fire stick instead even though it doesn't do everything I want.
Why aren’t you guys listening to the customers and replacing the remote or fixing the actual issue ? Clearly hundreds if not thousands of people are having issues with the remote, specifically the right arrow button. Which is why I am now on this thread. Can you please provide a phone number or email to request a delivery of a new remote ?
