Roku remote won't stop draining batteries

the batteries have been in for less than two weeks, they're brand new, and already I'm getting told that I need to replace them. This is continually happening, and I am starting to lose it. This is going to be the twentieth pack I've bought since February.

Re: Roku remote won't stop draining batteries

I am having the same issues with my remote control, which was bought from Costco.

Need to know what are the steps Roku provides to have the remote replaced?

Roku - PLEASE ADVISE. There is no number we can call.

Hi @kyoto5

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found in Settings > System > About. It is also located at the back or underneath the Roku player itself.

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.

Warm Regards,

Lianna
