Got the free trial of youTube TV and our voice activated Roku (box) remote doesn't appear to work with it. The volume button/mute button on the Roku remote don't change the volume on channels on youTube TV, so I had to hunt up the television remote. Bummer. Two remotes to finagle. Is this typical? (The Roku remote got me TO the youTube TV streaming icon, but doesn't work after that) The Roku remote volume works fine normally.

Thank you for contacting us about the issue with your Roku remote. We are here to help.
To begin, could you please let us know if this issue occurs only with specific channels? If yes, please try restarting your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Power/System restart.
In the meantime, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot your physical remote.
Reboot your voice remote
If your voice remote uses standard AA or AAA alkaline batteries, you can reboot it by removing and reinstalling the batteries.
If the issue persists, replace the batteries in your voice remote and insert them using the same steps provided above. After doing so, pair them again to see if this makes any difference.
