I just purchase a roku remote pro 2. The voice command and remote locator will not work. Everyrhing else works as it should. I have read and tried everything posted in this forum about this with no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

To help you further with this, kindly provide the following details before we proceed further.

• What is the Roku device's serial number paired with the remote? 
• Is this the remote that came with your Roku device, or was this purchased separately?
• When did it start having problems pairing?

In the meantime, reset the remote by pressing and holding the back/pairing button and home button simultaneously for about 20 seconds. This can help to reset the remote and potentially fix the issue.

The Roku device is a 4k stream stick. The serial number XO2500M6T66N (SOJ73426T66N). This is not the original remote that came with the Roku. I purchased the upgraded voice pro 2 for the back lit buttons, voice control feature and remote locator. The remote locator and voice control have never worked.  The other functions do work. The original remote also works the same Roku device. I have tried and read everything in this forum about this issue as well as what you recommended multiple times with no success. I do like having two operable remotes for the same Roku device. i did try and remove the original remote with no success. Thank You
