My roku ultra remote will not recharge.  Tried 2 new cables.  It does not light up to show charging.  There are others with this probelm how  did they solve it????

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Restart the Remote
   • This can be done by holding the Back button and the Home button for a full 20 seconds)
2. Re-Pair the remote
3. Charge the remote
4. Try a different power adapter or a different charger, and make sure you are using the included cable.
