The remote works on my tv - it can turn it on/off and volume control. What's up???

The TV controls are completely separate from the other controls.  Do the other controls work at all or are you only having a problem in Hulu?  If they don't work at all, you may need to pair your remote again.

Both my remotes just started doing this within the past week or so. Only on Hulu live, it appears. I’ve re-paired one of them. Worked for a short period and then started again.

I’m having the same issue. I’m using Roku on a TCL TV. Everything works except changing channels on Hulu.

• When did the issue start?
• What type of remote are you using right now?
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?

In the meantime, A system restart is the least invasive reset method.  Please go to Settings>System>Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step. System restart.

Let's see if it fixes the issue.
