Roku express 4k remote pairing

My pairing light on my remote is flashing but the pair your remote pop up on the TV will not go away.

I have tried fresh batteries and the entire set up process multiple time still the same issue

Have you unplugged the power from the Express for several seconds and plugged it back in?  You may also want to disconnect the HDMI cable at the same time and reconnect it.

Have you unplugged the power from the Express for several seconds and plugged it back in?  You may also want to disconnect the HDMI cable at the same time and reconnect it.
