Hi I have 2x Roku Express 4K units. We had a power cut and now one of the units has stopped working with the remote. Unit A works fine with both remotes unit B won’t work with either remotes . The remotes are not the problem it’s the unit, is there anyway to get it to receive the infrared signal again.

Hi thanks for replying but it’s not a voice remote it’s a basic remote and that’s Not the problem as I stated previously both remotes work it’s the unit that’s not receiving the infrared signal.
