I cannot answer your question, but I can relate an experience I had that may be worth considering.
My mother used her Roku device to watch Xfinity channels before she dropped cable entirely. She never used the voice feature on the remote because she found it difficult to hold down the Voice button completely for the time it took for her to vocalize the command. Just something that may come into play if you haven't already considered it.
