I just set up my brand new Roku voice remote pro. I love everything about it, but the main reason I wanted this one was so that I could find my lost remote. However, when I say, “Roku find my lost remote”, it tells me to listen for a sound. There is no sound coming from the remote at all. Am I missing something?
I had the same problem just now. What I ended up doing was going into the settings menu drilling down through remotes and devices, then remotes and Voice remote Pro. I selected change remote finder sound changed it to a different sound and changed it back. Made sure find remote was enabled (it was). And when I exited and said hey Roku, find my remote this time I got a sound
