Thank you for letting us know about your remote concern. We'd be happy to suggest troubleshooting steps to help you resolve this.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Reboot your Roku Ultra: navigate to the Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart
- Reset your remote: press and hold the back and home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again.
