Roku Ultra LT- batteries draining fast. I need help from Roku Khariza-D

I purchased the Roku Ultra LT less than a couple months ago and the batteries drain fast.  I unchecked the box under privacy but the problem with the batteries persists.  Roku Khariza-D, I need your help.  Please contact me so I can provide the model number and firmware version for remote.  Thanks.
