Help with Roku remotes and accessories, including pairing a remote, setting up TV power & volume control, using voice commands, power adapters, cables, headphones, and wireless speaker accessories.
Remote worked fine for several months, then it stopped turning on by pressing power button once. I have to press the power button at least three or four times now to power it on. I changed the batteries, but that still did not work. I also synced another 4k+ express remote for another 4k+ express that I own, that did not work either. The strange thing is I only have to press the button once to turn it off. All other functions work fine. Please help.
Does the TV turn on when you press the power button? Roku devices don't turn off - that power button is strictly for the TV. Press Home or some other non-TV control button to wake your Roku device.
