Hi Tanner

I have a similar problem with a broken USB Wireless/power cord. The stick won't power up. When I look down into the mini USB end, I can only see 4 pins, and the stub of what looks like the broken 5th pin.  I tried a regular USB cable and it powers the stick, but obviously no wifi, so it won't work. The SN on my stick is C1391D908335. The model number on the USB cord is WR001. I'm hoping that you can contact with me at my email [content removed] with any options you think I have.

I also need a new usb reciever. Again micro port pins exposed. SN233982782966

Link on the website only goes to front page.  Pop up says to go to an external company Exertis -  but no roku products on their site. Should not really have to purchase a whole new device for sake of a micro port so hope that Roku are able to provide a replacement in the UK. thanks.
