If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
i am having the same issue too. Its been a week since I've been able to use it.
my serial number is; X01700W9S0UC
and on stick the sn is: SO8Y41C9SOUC
@RokuDanny-R . Sorry for the delayed response. I have tried above steps and my roku is stuck at pair your remote screen, since I can not go to roku device system (my romote doesnt work, here is the serial number on the device - SOBY4193UWRO.

It doesn't look like the information that you provided was accurate as I was not able to look up that device ID or serial number. Can you check again the number on the bottom of the device or provide a photo?
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to our Support team to assist you further.
Did they help you? I am facing the same issue with my remote. Purchased a brand new one, new batteries, tried all the factory resets etc.
