Last week or so volume controls have started acting erratic when controlling my yamaha reciever. Has worked fine for years, nothing has changed. Volume is unpredictable: sometimes goes up when down is pressed or scrolls all the way to mute when down is pressed or press up once and goes up 20 steps. Have re-paired, reset and restarted as well as trying another voice remote from a different room. Same issues so I do not believe the issue is the remote itself. Any ideas?

Roku remote don't control audio devices directly, only tv's. It's the tv that controls the audio receiver by hdmi-cec, try refreshing the cec devices in your tv settings?

That's interesting and i figured it wasnt direct control but didnt think much further than that. I'll look up how to do that and give it a try. Thanks!

Just wanted to reply and say thanks, seems to have fixed the problem, at least temporarily
